Dear You — Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to purchases of Dear You, The Psycho-Tarot Letter, provided by Fanny Evanno, trading as The Soulful Therapist through WellNest LLC-FZ, Dubai, UAE, licensed by Meydan Freezone under license number: 2421084.01.

1. About the service

Dear You is a personalised written exploration of one question, using introspective tarot, symbolic interpretation, reflective prompts, and suggested practical steps.

It is a standalone reflective service. It does not provide fortune-telling, predictions, diagnosis, medical treatment, or ongoing psychotherapy. Any closing oracle message is offered symbolically and poetically, not as a factual communication or prediction.
 

2. Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old and order the letter for yourself.

This service is not suitable for emergencies or situations requiring immediate mental-health or medical support. If you need urgent assistance, contact an appropriate local professional or emergency service.
 

3. Your question and information

Please submit one open question focused on your own experience, together with relevant context.

Questions requesting predictions, another person’s private information or thoughts, or medical, legal, or financial advice fall outside this service.

Share only information you feel comfortable providing. Avoid unnecessary identifying or sensitive details about other people.

If your question needs clarification or reframing, I will contact you before preparing the letter. If it falls outside my scope and we cannot agree on a suitable alternative, I will decline the order and refund your payment.
 

4. What you receive

You will receive a personalised pdf of at least five pages, including:

• Images of your tarot cards and my reading insights.

• Reflective questions relevant to your situation.

• Suggested practical actions.

• A closing oracle card and symbolic message.

• A personal final note.

The design follows a reusable template, while the interpretation, questions, and suggestions are prepared around your question and the context you provide.

The number of cards may vary according to the exploration. No live appointment, printed copy, or ongoing message support is included.
 

5. Price and payment

The total price and any applicable taxes are displayed before payment. Payments are charged in AED unless the checkout states otherwise. Your bank may apply currency-conversion or other charges.

Preparation begins only after payment is confirmed and the necessary information has been received.
 

6. Delivery

Your letter will be emailed to the address you provide within seven calendar days of receiving your confirmed payment and complete information.

If clarification is needed, the delivery period begins when that clarification is received. If I cannot meet the deadline, I will contact you to agree on a revised date or arrange cancellation and a refund.

7. Your reflection and choices

Interpretations are perspectives to consider, not established facts about your life or another person.

You remain responsible for your decisions and free to disagree with the reading, find your own meanings, or leave suggestions aside. No particular emotional outcome, insight, or change is guaranteed.

The letter should not be used as the sole basis for decisions requiring qualified professional advice.
 

8. Cancellations and refunds

Dear You is a personalised service. Once your purchase is confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled and payments are non-refundable for changes of mind.

Disagreeing with an interpretation or finding that it does not resonate does not, by itself, qualify for a refund.

If I decline your question or cannot provide your letter, you will receive a full refund. If your letter does not meet the agreed description, please contact hello@soulfultherapy.ae so I can address the issue.

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights, including any right to a refund required by applicable law.

9. Optional follow-up sessions

You may book a separate 1:1 session to explore your letter further. Sessions are optional, charged separately, and subject to their own booking and cancellation terms.
 

10. Privacy

Your form responses and correspondence are used to prepare and deliver your letter, communicate with you, and administer your order.

Relevant information is processed through the website, email, and payment services used to operate the business. Please read our Privacy Policy for details of storage, retention, service providers, and your privacy rights.

Your personal story or letter will not be published or used in advertising without your separate, explicit permission. Purchasing a letter does not subscribe you to marketing communications.
 

11. Personal use

You may save, print, annotate, and privately share your letter with a trusted person or professional supporting you.

You may not resell it or reproduce its content for commercial purposes without permission. Rights in card artwork remain with the respective rights holders.
 

12. Questions and complaints

For questions or complaints, contact hello@soulfultherapy.ae, quoting your order reference where available.

These terms do not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. UAE law applies, without overriding any mandatory consumer protections applicable to you.

The version of these terms accepted when you purchase applies to your order.
