About Me

Hi, I’m Fanny or “Fay”, a French licensed psychotherapist based in Dubai, and the founder of Soulful Therapy.


This practice was born from a deep belief that we all need space to breathe, feel, and remember who we truly are beneath the constant pressure of daily life.

Living in a fast-paced city like Dubai, it’s easy to stay stuck in doing, achieving, and performing. But healing doesn’t come from pushing through. It begins when we slow down enough to hear what our emotions, our bodies, and our inner selves have been trying to tell us.

Soulful Therapy offers a gentle pause from the noise. A safe space for emotional support, personal reflection, and reconnecting with the parts of you that might have been silenced for too long.

An intuitive session that helps you access deeper feelings, unlock insight, and give shape to what’s often hard to put into words.
Rooted in psychotherapy, this method uses symbolic cards to support emotional exploration. It’s not about divination, but about opening new doors within.
